Simplicity1873 - Dance with me dress

I have made this dress last summer (don't remember when) and this dress is used by Indian fabric(again!).

The patter is from Simplicity1873.

So why 'dance withe me dress'? Well I tell you story.

When I was in the supermarket with this dress, the small girl showed me the pose of ballet just next me. I thought how cute and that small girl went to her dad and said 'I want to dance with her!'.
She seems practicing the ballet - anyway, that's all the story. ;)

I actually I put this dress at home during the summer time the reason was it was comfortable to wear!

Butterick B5982 - Flower summer dress

It's still in February, but I want to show you(hehe) my favourite summer dress!
This dress make me feel like 'Holiday in Rome'.
Quite classic style but it make me so smart. :)

The pattern is used Butterick B5982.

I just adjust the length of skirt - to longer as I am not 20 age.. (But I always call my self forever 21!)

I put this dress last summer 3 or 4 times. I have received compliment from shop staff..
'Your dress is very nice, where did you buy?'
'I made this'
'Really?!'

Dog Coat

Hi there again! Last June or July(I thought), I have made this round neck coat by dog print fabric. Do you remember this fabric, I made the skirt from here!

The pattern from this book 'Casual Sweet Clothes'.

Round Neck Coat

I actually don't like the round neck part - it opens a little wide for me. I thought this widely open neck could make me cold.
I have modified neck part - 2cm narrower than original pattern.

The result made me very satisfied - I was so happy to wear it to town. :)

From side

I originally thought this coat is for Spring - early Summer time. But It seems I could wear it now. :-p
