Spring Tops

Hello!

It's already May. But my coriander is not growing well... They need more sunshine!

I always wish the sunny day will be coming soon, so I have made the spring tops.

And another tops I made.

They are slightly different. The 1st one has slip the side for more active movement.
The 2nd one has s little longer back as covering the bottom(just a little).
I have mede them for wearing the jeans - wearing for shopping in local.

The original pattern is from 'Lotta Jansdotter Everyday style' book.
http://jansdotter.com/

When I saw this page, I decided to make the same one! :D
Lovely casual style.

The author is design the garment. Her site is selling her designed fabric as well.
All patterns are designed easy sew. You can make within 3 hours. (but as I have modified pattern, I spent 2 days.. I made mock top for checking the body fit.. )

My next project? I am making a jacket.. hoo hoo hoo!

Have a nice sewing!

Making a skirt without pattern

Hello,

This is the 2nd post today - yes, I have a relaxing time and nothing to do today.. :D

I have found my drawing which I was planning to post 'how to make a skirt without pattern'.
So! I uploaded this today..

About inserting the elastic to skirt, I have found the very good tutorial on web. It's here. ;-)

After that, you can just sew the hem approximately 1 or 2 cm.

Have a nice evening!

Gaucho Pants

Hi!

Spring has came! I have made a Gaucho Pants as I was inspired by my sister's fashion when I was in Japan.
She is so fashionable all the time. I have learned a lots from her. Luckily we have the same size - so we could share the clothes if I live in Japan.

Here is my new pants!

This pants is very comfortable and fashionable (hehehe~).

The pattern is from this book. I quite like these pattern - the book name contains 'Easiest in Japan'. A ha~..

It looks nice, isn't it? Also it was so easy to make. I think I spent 1.2m fabric.

Also they also includes 'pocket'.
Yes, I attached them.

Waist parts.. of course made by elastic! It means... you can eat a lots - no worries!
(Actually this design for covering the tummy)

I still have this fabric - I am thinking what can I make next.. hmmm..

Have a happy sewing!
